Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be shipped on the next working day.
Delivery Service
We use a tracked 24-hour delivery service as standard. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Delays or Lost Orders
If your parcel is delayed or has not arrived as expected, please contact our Customer Service team. We’ll investigate and ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly.
